Situation

The house is about 5kms (5 mins drive) from Oloron Sainte Marie.

It is set in approximately 1.4 acres, in a very peaceful location with no through traffic. With beautiful veiws of the Pyrénées from the sunny balcony, it is the perfect place to relax.

The mature front garden with its trees and shrubs, has ample parking space for up to 3 cars.

At the side and back there are several fruit trees, including kiwi, fig, plum and apple. Part of the garden is a “meadow” and in Spring this is full of wild flowers. The local farmer cuts this for hay three times a year and it is marked with posts and a blue line.

There is a patio to the rear, underneath the balcony - an ideal place to sit in the heat of the day.
