Digital Photographic courses in SW France

Walk in the Pyrénées Course 1 This is a 4 day trip - you will arrive on the Tuesday morning and leave on the following Saturday. Each day we will go on an excursion into the Pyrénées - locations dependent on the weather. The walks will be no more than 4 miles and spread over a maximum of 6 hours. Don't worry too much about fitness as it's all at a leisurely pace, although there are some steep bits. (I wouldn't class myself as super fit and I do huff and puff a bit!) A picnic style lunch will be provided. There will be some free time scheduled, mainly in the afternoons. In the late afternoon we will spend time downloading and viewing images taken during the day and discussing their finer points over a glass of wine. At the end of the course you will be able to choose your favourite picture and receive a complimentary A3 print on high-quality photo paper, for you to take home.	Creative Digital Workshop Course 2 This is a 7 day creative course split roughly 4 days photography and 3 days Photoshop Workshop. It runs from Saturday to Saturday. The main aim will be to create a picture with a difference - a more artistic look at digital photography. We will be looking at: - overview of digital photography - advantages of using RAW file format - simple picture enhancement - use of layers - effective composition and cropping - creating an artistic image This workshop is suitable for people who have at least an elementary knowledge of Photoshop, although we can start from basics.
